How nurse triage works.
Our free nurse triage program connects your injured employee with a nurse to help determine the best course of treatment. It’s designed for non-emergency injuries to help employees get to the right place, at the right time, for the right care.
All MEM policyholders have access to the nurse triage program. When you report a claim, you may be connected to a triage nurse, who will direct your employee to seek care from a provider or give instructions for home care. And the bottom line? It’s proven to provide the employee with better medical outcomes and the employee reduced claims costs.
