What information do we collect?

Text (SMS) messaging.
- We utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in order to verify your identity during the set up and online account management with us. During the set up process, you can expect we will request your permission to send an SMS text message to your mobile device to get started. Additionally, we may leverage SMS text messaging if you attempt to update or change your password, as well as validate whether you want to terminate your online account with us.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one (1) SMS text messages if/when you begin an account, change a password or attempt to terminate your online account. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Website use information.
Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and web server logs to collect information about how our website is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our website, and the website visited just before and just after our website.
