You can now submit business up to 120 days out from a policy’s effective date, an increase from the previous 90-day window. That means we’re currently accepting business for 2027 – in the agent portal, by email, or any way you do business with MEM.
We heard you: More agents are working further out to line up the right coverage for their clients, so we adjusted our window to meet that need. The extra 30 days gives you more time to gather full underwriting information and work through classification questions before the effective date.
