OralTox® Rapid Oral Fluid Drug Testing

WorkSTEPS post-offer employment testing

Post-offer employment testing (POET) can help reduce new hire injuries by determining if a prospective employee is physically capable of performing a job.

We partner with WorkSTEPS to make POET more affordable for policyholders. With POET, your company may:

DISA screening solutions

Safe employees start as quality hires. Like POET, a background screening can be an important part of hiring the right person for the job.

Through our partnership with consumer-reporting agency DISA, policyholders can obtain background checks on prospective employees and other services.

IntegrityFirst pre-hire overt behavioral tests

The IntegrityFirst test is a pre-hire overt behavioral integrity test used to prevent high-risk job applicants from being further considered in the hiring process.

Businesses administer IntegrityFirst pre-interview, so hiring managers can avoid wasting time vetting candidates who engage in high-risk behaviors such as drug and alcohol abuse, theft, hostility or lying.

MEM policyholders will have their initial set up fee waived and a discounted rate on screenings.
