Michael Kravchick
President and CEO, Previsor Insurance

Michael R. Kravchick is President and CEO of Previsor Insurance Company, a wholly owned and independently managed investment of Missouri Employers Mutual, launched in 2015 and created to better serve Missouri businesses with workers compensation exposure in other states. Kravchick is an executive offering more than 25 years of property and casualty insurance experience in Commercial, Personal and Specialty lines with proven results in senior management, strategic planning, underwriting, sales, marketing, public affairs and classroom facilitation.

As President and CEO of Previsor, Kravchick provides executive leadership and strategic direction in accordance to the company’s mission, vision and values. Before starting Previsor, he served as MEM’s Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Communications and Public Relations since 2008, overseeing all business development strategies, including prospecting new accounts, growing existing accounts, building agency relationships and developing specific marketing opportunities.

Prior to MEM, Kravchick built an impressive and well-rounded career over 16 years. He held leadership positions for Chubb and Fireman’s Fund, and is experienced in Commercial and Personal Property & Casualty, and Specialty lines of business, including work comp. He worked extensively with independent agents across the country, Midwest and in Missouri. Kravchick earned a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance and a minor in Marketing from Rider University in New Jersey. In 2009, he earned the designation of Registered Workers’ Compensation Specialist.

Kravchick served on the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents Board of Directors. He’s active in Vistage International, the Heart of Missouri United Way Marketing Committee and volunteers at The Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri. He’s been a committed supporter of the St. Louis Fire Department, St. Louis County Library, St. Louis Art Museum, Barnes-Jewish
Hospital and Show-Me Central Habitat for Humanity.
