Andy Ribaudo
VP, Chief Financial Officer

Andy Ribaudo joined Missouri Employers Mutual as VP, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2017. In this role, Ribaudo provides executive leadership for finance, investments, and actuarial services. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining an integrated operational and financial plan to meet MEM’s envisioned future.

In addition, he is responsible for MEM’s Enterprise Risk Management program, and co-leads the company’s reinsurance purchasing.  Ribaudo also serves on the Board of Directors of Previsor Insurance Company, MEM’s vehicle for out of state business. He has more than 30 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, and understands the complexities of actuarial science, financial planning and modeling.

Ribaudo previously worked with the Great American Insurance Company/American Financial Group, where he served as the CFO of an AFG-owned syndicate at Lloyd’s of London. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and actuarial science from the University of Connecticut and two graduate degrees from the University of Phoenix. Ribaudo also holds several professional designations, including Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

In his spare time, Ribaudo and his family are very involved in Special Education advocacy, including helping to form Missouri’s first Special Education PTA, as well as advocating to the Missouri Legislature on bills related to special education.
