SUMMARY
Our Multimedia Specialist will have an eye for aesthetics along with a team first attitude. This position is responsible for telling the stories of MEM through various print and digital mediums, in order to increase brand awareness and achieve strategic marketing goals. Our specialist will be knowledgeable with native ads, apps, digital signage, social media content, websites, email templates/content, ad word campaigns, text messaging, experience driven design, presentations, motion graphics and video content. Our specialist will wear many hats from concept to execution, producing MEM’s brand marketing.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, marketing, public relations, creative arts, or related area.

Underwriting Service Assistant

SUMMARY
The Underwriting Assistant participates as a member of the Underwriting Department, serving as a contact and workers’ compensation insurance resource for producers. Areas of responsibility include: review and process of accounts assigned to the territory underwriters; endorsement requests, policy set-up, maintenance of policies, cancellation as well as communication with producers.

A bachelor degree in insurance related field is desired, but not required. Insurance industry coursework is also desired.

SUMMARY
This position is accountable for building and managing a Workers Compensation book of business, primarily by developing and maintaining productive relationships with independent agencies. The person in this position is a member of a working Unit and is responsible for managing accounts in Missouri and Other States that typically have estimated annual premiums between $10,000 and $50,000, using a tiered rating underwriting platform. This person may be assigned to assist with accounts that have estimated annual premiums greater than $50,000 as required.

EDUCATION
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Insurance and Risk Management, or a directly related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of general workers compensation and/or other insurance experience with emphasis in property and casualty experience is required.
