MEM’s executive team leads the company in achieving our vision of safe, healthy and injury-free workplaces, and a Board of Directors provides oversight for the company’s operation.
MEM's Board of Directors consists of five directors serving staggered terms so no more than one director’s term expires each year. Each director is elected by MEM policyholders to serve a five-year term. Three directors are confirmed by the Missouri governor, and all are elected by the policyholders.
